Dear Sirs, My Patio Suite was delivered soon after
07h00 this am as arranged by your John in a phone
call last night. The suite was assembled by John,
who had problems fitting the chair seats to the
frames as certain holes did not line up properly.
These holes were enlarged by John and the assembly
was completed without any further delay. The suite
is exactly as we envisaged (it was bought off your
internet site -found by using Google) and the bronze
colour is lovely. We are very happy with our
purchase and have already had breakfast on our newly
furnished entrance patio. Thank for a most efficient
service and for keeping me fully informed throughout
the ordering, manufacturing and delivery process. I

long time trying to find the perfect garden
furniture and just happened to stumble across this
website. From the first phone call with Harry, I was
impressed with the customer service I received. A
sample was sent so I could be sure of the product as
it seemed a bit too good to be true at the price.
Nevertheless the quality of the wave table was is
superb. The only small downside for my husband was
that the items apart from the wave table & chairs
arrive flat packed so they do take time to assemble.
That said, all the furniture is truly beautiful and
substantial and I would have no hesitation in
recommendaing this Company to anyone wishing to buy
garden furniture. Harry was a pleasure to deal with
so thank you very much!

I Received my order today
aluminium garden furniture 8 seater set table and 8
arm chairs - Took 1 hour to assemble, and some will
probably do it faster than me. Very sturdy set that
holds up great in windy conditions like we have
routinely. Chairs are comfortable and we've managed
to seat 8 adults and a high chair around it, so
plenty of space. It's a great value and very good

at 1000, and my wife and I are very pleased with
it. However, more importantly, I wish to extend my

the outset (when Harry opened the factory during the end
of year shutdown period specifically to show my wife
examples of the colour of the finished product), right

which you kept us updated on the status of our order.
This is incredibly impressive and is a tribute to your
business acumen and competency. Thirdly, and most
importantly, I write to thank you, and through you Mr
Harry Kay, who made a special trip to us in Tzaneen,
Limpopo. when I phoned to inform Golden Barley of a
problem we had experienced in being unable to assemble
the chairs due to a hole in the backrest not being
aligned. Mr Harry Kay listened empathetically and made
some suggestions on what to do. He then offered to come
to us immediately in order to see for himself and
attempt to solve this problem in situ. This entailed a
lengthy distance of travel, but he was willing to come
anyway. He duly arrived with a technician and
immediately and competently solved the problem of the
misalignment and assembled for us all six chairs. This
level of service goes beyond the expected and left us
feeling very impressed with his helpfulness and with the
overall attitude displayed by Golden Barley
International. We thank you for this and assure you that
we will not hesitate in future to both order more
furniture through you as well as recommend you to all
and sundry. I trust this letter adequately displays my
immense appreciation and respect for Golden Barley and
for Mr Harry Kay and the technician who accompanied him.

Our order
Wave 8-seater set was received on time and in good
condition. The instructions for assembling the chairs were
terrific but the table instructions were a bit lacking in
detail (no worries though--the manufacturer web site was
helpful). It took about two hours total to assemble the
whole set. It looks beautiful on our patio and is
extremely sturdy. No worries about rust with this set. The
pieces are heavy so my kids can't drag them all over the
yard and they stand up to being climbed on. Would (and
already have) recommended this set. Also you can look all
over for a better deal like we did but you won't find it.
We shopped this set on other web sites but no one can beat
the HomeGarden.co.za price. Knysna

I received this set within 7 working days, excellent
service & communication almost daily updating me to the
progress of the order, epoxi-coating, packaging,
despatching. The set arrived very well packed with
fittings & tools, easy to assembly. One minor issue, the
chairs has space for 10 studs & nuts but only 8 supplied
per chair. The set looks great in my balcony. I am pleased

We just put this set together over the weekend. It is
amazing!! Very solid and well made. We had a party at our
house and got so many compliments on our furniture. The
chairs are all pre-assembled, so only the table has to be
assembled. My husband and I did in about 20 minutes. If
