Due to the high volume of orders that we are experiencing, please note that all orders placed are subjected to a waiting period of 25 working days, from the date of payment.

  • Products are shipped using our courier company. They will ship to any physical address within South Africa.

  • Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 30%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees.

  • All Products are Flat-packed in boxes with assembling instruction manual and hardware provided.

  • All prices include VAT14%

  • Invoice and Packing List will attach with delivery boxes, you can find it in the box

  • We only deliver to ground floor (no balconies/2nd floors)

  • If there is a product that requires an extended delivery time, we will phone to notify you. Items with extended delivery times are shipped as soon as they become available from the manufacturer with your approval.
  • Delivery Methods & Restrictions
    Door-to-door (8am-5pm, Mon - Fri)
    Parcels delivered by courier between 8am and 5pm, Monday - Friday. Submit a street address and select door-to-door as you delivery method when you reach Checkout. The delivery will be made during business hours, please make sure that someone will be available to receive it. Please feel free to contact us should you have any further questions regarding shipping, delivery and stock availability.
