Once your order has been
processed and dispatched from our warehouse, it will be
delivered to you via one of our couriers. Details of the
courier and tracking number we have used to ship your
specific consignment can be found in the Order Status
"Shipped" email we have sent you.

number as soon as your order
is shipped

- To track the delivery status of your order please
have your waybill number handy.
- To view your order and delivery status you have to
logon to your account and click on the "Order Number"
- Delivery Tracking is available only after an order
has shipped.
- Packages shipped via freight may not have accessible
tracking information for up to 3-10 hours after you
receive the tracking number. Some items require special
shipping arrangements and may not be traceable
