If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the produce process, it cannot be cancelled by you or by our customer service department.

However, you may return the item subject to that item's return policy. Visit our Help Centre for more information about our return and exchange policy.

Cancellation of orders

Sales Orders can be canceled if:
- the supplied delivery or collection date is breached and the client don't want to wait any longer. or any other reasons
- the client is prepared to pay a cancellation fee of 35% of ( total amount without delivery and discount )

- the deposit can not be refunded if orders and products are already produced or manufactured

- Special Orders can not be refunded

- No Refund on Special Offers or Custom Orders
