with us, your order has been sent for manufacturing, Please be patient,

subjected to a waiting period of 25 working days, from the date of

Products are shipped using our courier
company. They will ship to any physical address within South Africa.

Refused or undeliverable
shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 30%, in addition to
applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees.

Flat-packed in boxes with assembling instruction manual and hardware
provided.

delivery boxes, you can find it in the box

We only deliver to ground floor (no
balconies/2nd floors)
- If there is a product that requires an extended
delivery time, we will phone to notify you. Items with extended delivery
times are shipped as soon as they become available from the manufacturer
with your approval.
- Delivery Methods &
Restrictions
Door-to-door (8am-5pm, Mon - Fri)
Parcels delivered by courier between 8am and 5pm, Monday - Friday. Submit
a street address and select door-to-door as you delivery method when you
reach Checkout. The delivery will be made during business hours, please
make sure that someone will be available to receive it.

We are the Patio Furniture Manufacturer, many orders
received everyday from customers in South Africa and from Overseas
(Export Orders),
So we have to prudently inspect every individual
part/order/product, in order to check all the parts are
correctly made & packed before we can delivery your order,
that's why your order delivery time is 25 working days.
However, We appreciate your patience, All Products are
Manufactured in South Africa,
We are not shops or retailer
stores, so we do not carry stocks, all orders are made by
order, because we have a lots of different products, parts,
and colours
