When your order is delivered, make sure carefully inspect it if there are any damage, total boxes shortage, total boxes received, or defects, before you sign the shipping receipt.

If you do notice any damage, items/boxes shortage delivered or defects, you must note them on the shipping receipt and refuse the delivery.

DO NOT SIGN DELIVERY NOTE/WAYBILL UNTIL MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN INSPECTED BY YOU (THE CUSTOMER)
ANY DAMAGES MUST BE NOTED ON THE DELIVERY NOTE/WAYBILL FOR THE GOLDEN BARLEY HOME GARDEN TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. IF NO NOTED DAMAGES ARE LISTED ON THE DELIVERY NOTE/WAYBILL, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING OF THE CLAIM FOR THE DAMAGE WITH THE FREIGHT CARRIER. CUSTOMER NOTES FOR THE CARRIER TO LEAVE THE SHIPMENT WITHOUT SIGNATURE IS NOT ALLOWED.

Before you sign the delivery note or waybill please check total boxes with the parcel stickers barcode numbers on the box are correct, if not correct please refuse the delivery.

Before open box, please check your order number, name of receiver, parcel barcode number, are correct on the label, do not open box if your name or online order number is incorrect on the boxes of the label
