discrepancies in the delivery date or have not received
your order within 21 business days of its scheduled

and promptly resolve the issue.

what should I do?
If you have not received
your order within 21 working days, simply email our

relevant order no. and one of our skilled agents will
respond within 24 hours with an update regarding the
status of your order. or

with the following:
Your relevant order no. and product pertaining to that
order that is faulty. Preferably 2 contact telephone no’s
and if possible a contact telephone no. of a relative that
can be contacted if you are not available. A brief fault
report of the product.
The item in the box is not
what I ordered,
or delivery wrong order and wrong item, or carrier is
deliver someone's order/box,
or box missing, parcel shortage delivery,
or my address or my name is wrong on
the box label tag
