Payment Confirmations: Where you send your payment confirmations. Please include your order number in the subject line so that we may quickly identify your order. or you can fax your proof of payment to 086 561 3290, We prefer to have all payment confirmations emailed to us as we have found it to be more reliable than a FAX.-Account@GoldenBarley.com

Queries about your order: Queries related to an order you have already placed. All queries will be answered within 10 hours. Please include your ORDER NUMBER in the subject line,  otherwise our system will automatically delete it and will therefore never reach the call centre. You can at any time check the status of your order by clicking "My Account" at the top of the screen and then click the "Order Number" tab and then click on the order you wish to see the status of.-order@GoldenBarley.com

How can I request a copy of my invoice?
Your invoice is sent to the billing address indicated on your order and will arrive 14 days after your order has been delivered.
If you have not received your invoice within three weeks after receiving your patio furniture product, you can e-mail Customer Service to request a copy of your invoice. Please have your customer number or online order number available to complete the e-mail form. It takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to process your request for a copy of the invoice to be sent to you.
